What Divit is
Divit is a project-based agenda app designed for personal use, built to keep your data on your device and work offline. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these terms.
Using Divit
You may use Divit for personal purposes. We ask that you don’t reverse-engineer the app, copy or redistribute its code without permission, or use it in a way that harms others.
Your account
Signing in with Google is optional and is only needed for cloud backup. You’re responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
Your data
The data you enter into your agenda belongs to you. For details on what we do with it, see the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Divit is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that the app will run uninterrupted, be free of errors, or meet every expectation you might have. Software has bugs; we’d recommend keeping regular file backups of anything important.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from your use of Divit.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the date on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
